19th Century Botanical Prints
reproduced from the Robert L. Brown History of Medicine Collection

These illustrations have been digitally restored from the original offizinellen Gewachse, a four volume set of pharmaceutical plants and their medicinal uses, published in Germany in 1863.

These prints are available at the History of Medicine Collection (Health Sciences Library, Abbott Hall B5) for $10 each. Each print measures 11" by 17". Proceeds will support the Health Sciences Library's continuing efforts to increase accessibility to rare and fragile materials from the collection.
